If I already bought AppleCare for my phone will the new phone I am about to buy have AppleCare on it with my Apple ID?

No. You would need to buy AppleCare for your new phone if you want it.

If you still have AppleCare on your old phone you can use the following instructions to cancel it (and to get a partial refund if it was paid in full rather than paid monthly): Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support
