iCloud uses your Apple ID and password. If you only have one Apple ID, it would be the same ID and password as you used to log into this forum. If you have another and have forgotten the password, see the following:

If you have forgotten the Apple ID password using in iPhone it can only be reset and can't be found see the article https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

And if the Apple ID is signed in Mac and if you forgot the password , the password can be found in Keychain access ( if iCloud Keychain is set up https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204085

Using this article the Apple ID password can be literally read only by an administrator https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/keychain-access/kyca1085/mac
