Are iPad Mini 3 USB charger model A1401 and iPad Mini 5 USB charger model A 2167 interchangeable?

I have two identical Apple USB chargers, with different model numbers. Apple calls these "Lightning" chargers. Are these interchangeable? The concern is The boldface underlined numbers after The word "Flextronics" because this is in the "output" part of the information (amount of values going into the device).

The input on them in volts and amps is identical as is their respective output. The following below that comes right after the output on the same continuous line is different:
