How do I download Spectrum app

Apple provides instructions on how to download apps from their App Store at the link here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204266

You'd be interested in the "How to buy apps on your Apple TV" section, near the bottom of the page

You will need to have an Apple TV (4th generation or later) to access the App Store on the device. Earlier models do not have the capability to download custom apps to it.
