My mini Mac was updating then suddenly a green window popped up with some sort of black bubble in it moving around I unplugged it and then when I tried to restart it it would just stay frozen on the apple logo
I used safety mode to try to sign in and it was me to choose my network and insert my password now my screen is stuck on the wifi password screen with the loading icon spinning.. I need help

See if you can start up in Recovery mode -- hold down the Command and R keys while booting. Use Recovery mode Disk Utility to run First Aid on your startup disk.
I tried that earlier and it didn't work
