What is a good spam blocker for iPhone?

I should have said APP for iPhone to block spam incoming callers but also gives me info about who it could be? I didn’t want to block all unknown numbers with the iPhone setting since I receive calls from people that aren’t in my contact list. So I was looking for a reputable AP

First, you should find out what your carrier offers. If they don't offer anything or if you don't like the price, consider NoMoRoBo.
