Will icloud back up enable me to transfer all the information in Notesy on my iphone 6 to a new iphone? And what about all the other apps for which I have icons on my ipone 6? Thanks.

An iCloud backup will backup the data from that app providing you have it turned on under Settings > Name > iCloud > either Apps Using iCloud or go into > Manage Storage > Backups > choose device > under Choose Data to Back up > turn on the Notesy app.
