Hi MiaMia2020,

If the option is from a Safari page itself, we would recommend clearing Safari cookies and web data. You can learn how to do so here: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If you are being prompted to update the Microsoft Edge app, then you can do so by going to: App Store > Profile > [App] > Update.

Alternatively, you can remove the app by finding it on your Home Screen, then holding the app icon, and tapping 'Remove App'.

You can also remove it by going to: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [App] > Delete App.

Hope this helps!

Hi MiaMia2020,

We see nobody has responded to your post yet.

It may help to clarify the issue.

Is the pop-up appearing on the Home Screen, as an app update?

Or, is the pop-up appearing in Safari?

Do you use any Microsoft apps on your iPhone?

Once we have more clarity of the issue, the community may be able to provide steps to resolve.
