Help! So everytime I put in my SIM card it only shows Imei and iccid info. I am switching carriers but it shows 4G at the top when I insert sim so I’m sure it’s compatible. I can’t access my home screen though it’s basically locked on that.

We understand you are unable to access your Home Screen after inserting a new SIM card.
Sometimes, after inserting a new SIM card, the device need to be activated. Pressing the Home Button should prompt the device to activate. It may also be worth your time to review this article: If you can't activate your iPhone.
Additionally, we would recommend contacting your carrier to ensure your device is not locked to the carrier.
You should also be able to insert your previous SIM card to access your Home Screen again.
