Apple music

Good day everybody. I have question to Apple support team. Recently I have lost access to several albums in Apple Music. For example Dance nation Russia top 100, Nemesis album by Stratovarius. System say what this albums is not available in my country. Do you know about this problem? And can you inform then the albums will be available again.
