Edit iCloud email address

I currently changed my Apple ID email address (the address I use to sign in to Apple ID) however the iCloud email address (d*****@icloud.com, d******@me.com) stayed the same. I tried to delete these addresses on my iPad’s setting but it asked me to view the iMessage and FaceTime settings I unchecked these addresses from the list of iMessage and FaceTime but I still can delete these addresses. In fact I don’t really want do delete these addresses but edit them to be the same as my Apple ID address but after seeing that I can’t I tried to delete them. Does anyone knows how to edit or even delete these addresses?
