Iphone stuck in recovery mode

Same issue here. Amazing how this thing cannot be "Just Works" type.

Same problem. Is this upgrade just BAD?
I now have no phone.
Apple sometime *****, and this is one of those times.

Reboot computer.
Try a different USB port.
If you have one, try a different cable to connect the iPhone to the computer.
Try a different computer to restore from.

a different computer seems to work for me! but its annoying! i have an ipad that i just tried to put the lastest software on and in the middle of putting the software on i get an error msg and now my computer tells me it does not have the correct drivers! this is such a big issue but no one has a REAL solution but to use another laptop to get the phone and ipad out of this recovery mode. really does my head in as i have 1 ipad and 2 iphones (one being my partners phone)and at the moment my ipad just displays the 'conect to itunes logo' and i cant update my iphones as they will look the same too! have to wait till tomorrow to get another computer to get my ipad up and running again!
perhaps apple could offer a free mac hehe!! bet macs have no problem with this!

Can you please help me. . . i tried to jailbreak my iphone but the jailbreak didn't push through i had to disconnect it.Since then it been in recovery mode and now i tried restoring my iphone through itunes but i got an error 1601.
Now my phone is totally stuck in recovery mode and i can't restore or even sync it with itunes, what should i do? Please PLease Help . . .

This My problem too. A first I thought it was cus I had dropped in the past. Now I'm pretty sure it's a software issue. Can somebody help us. I want my phone back.
