Locked out of my phone
I’m locked out of my other iPhone and iTunes says it says to visit iTunes Store I tried that and I can’t figure out can anybody help please

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.
