i ordered a macbook pro 2020, it arrived in my country (Philippines), last sunday, July 26. It has been in customs for 10 days. Does anyone know why it's taking so long? I ordered airpods last month and it only took about 1-2 days in customs so I'm pretty sure the ongoing pandemic may have nothing to do with it.

I'm not sure exactly why it took so long but my MBP arrived a day before the original delivery date.
Apple will deliver your computer to you in the country you ordered it in, at the agreed upon price.
If customs payments are needed to get your computer to you, Apple will pay them.
Not yet! But I already received an update that clearance processing has been completed. It is now on hold at the delivery facility. The status in the Apple website said "Shipment Delayed" during clearance, now it's back to its original ETA.
I was just thinking that it may be possible some users could be aware of why this could be happening. But thank you for the insight.
