Iplanet reseller in India

Hi,

Very bad experience in apple resellers in India called IPLANET. They’ve own web site like a apple website page. There are also selling and cheating with apple products on the platform but they’re not supplying product and also refunds. Please take necessary action on them.. because of

I have ordered AirPods Pro (Rs.24900) by your online shopping website on 26 jul 2020. (Order No: ****) and I got conformation mail but status not updated me so I was call to consumer care. They are provided support person contact number. am also contacted him but he says we have no stock so I was cancel my order and also request mail to sent (****@ consolidated.com) enclosed my bank details for refund with. He told 24 hr your amount will be refunded to your account. But still not no amount credit my account from your end so I have call to that support person but he didn't pick my call.

Kindly do needful .. soon as refund my amount.
