Try this

Solution #1: Hard Restart

  1. Hold the digital crown and the side button for 10 seconds.
  2. Release when the Apple logo appears.

Solution #2: Chiming

If your Apple Watch is stuck on the Apple logo after trying a hard restart, use your iPhone to fix it.

  1. Select “Watch App” from iPhone Home screen.
  2. Select “Find My Watch”.
  3. Select your Apple Watch.
  4. Select “Actions”.
  5. Select “Play Sound”.

Note: You might have to select “Play Sound” three times before the Apple Watch logo is no longer stuck.

Solution #3: System Restoration

If the Apple Watch is stuck on the Apple logo after chiming, then it’s probably a software issue that needs to be restored to factory default settings.

  1. Open the “Watch App” from iPhone Home screen.
  2. Select “General”.
  3. Select “Reset”.
  4. Select “Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings”.
  5. Confirm decision to restore default settings when prompted.
