voicemail

Does anyone know who my systems manger is: "My voicemail box is locked, please contact your systems manager."

Blocked Voicemail numbers not in my Blocked list I checked Voicemail on my iPhone X today and found two voicemails from my doctor's officer were listed as Blocked. I went to Contacts, scrolled down to the Block This Caller, and none of the telephone numbers from my doctor's office were listed there. As these were from my doctor, this is very troubling and something I would like to fix. Can anyone suggest any fixes? I was unable to do so Googling this topic.

You would normally see a message like this on an iPhone managed by an employer, school, or a similar situation.
