I thought I can download an app then when I click on this app on Apple store they deduct immediately a huge amount from me even I don’t want to
subscribe to this app but they already deduct from me Big amount and this is scam and I want my money back

You have to confirm a purchase. It doesn’t occur the first time that you tap on Buy. Apple is not obligated to an issue for an accidental purchase but you can try here.

You are missing my point. In order to buy an app, you have to conform the purchase before it downloads therefore, if the app downloaded, yes- you did confirm the purchase.
