I need to cancel iCloud and put back to free

So on your iPhone if you go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan it won't let you select the Free option?
Did you try the option of doing if from a computer?
I tried doing that but it won’t let me do it
No I did on my cell phone but I will try on my computer
