What is this "$25.00 ticket" you speak of. Where are you trying download it from? Is it a gift you are trying to send to some one?
If a purchase, I would expect the invoice to have been eMailed to you. So, check your Trash Folder and See if it resides in there. Also, contact the company you purchased this from - perhaps it did not go through promptly. It might take a few for the transaction to get approved of. So see if you (or whomever) gets it.
You are using an iPhone. So, any security software installed on it? Are you using a VPN? Are you using Cellular data? All three of these items would affect the transmission of data. So, disable what need be. Try your computer when you have it in front of you. Perhaps, it was a popup and was blacked out by the software.
