Can i Download iOS 13 on iPhone 5c

I want to download the iOS 13 on my iPhone 5c but how? I want to download apps and doesn't let me I need to have the latest version.

Iphone 5c. can’t download and install any IOS versions past IOS 10. I Had That Same Issue With App Updates On My Husbands 5c.

Your phone is waaaay too old, too under powered, no longer supported and completely incapable of running the now required 64 bit software. If you need the advantages of the new iOS levels as I can imagine you do, it's really time for a much newer, more modern iPhone. Your phone is now a 7 year old device, which was released in 2013. A LOT has changed in 7 years.
