Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to use portrait mode on your iPhone 7 Plus. Taking photos you enjoy is important, and we can understand why you'd reach out for a resolution.


To start, are you you trying to use Portrait mode on the front or rear camera?


Also, have you tried restarting your iPhone and testing again? For help to restart, follow: Restart your iPhone
