My phone is disable and don't have an apple computer, how can I reboot the phone?

Is there anyway to reboot the phone without iTunes installation?

You don't need an Apple computer.. you just need a computer. If your phone is disabled, there is no way around this

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
