Trying to watch The Morning Show. It says the video won't load. I reset apple tv and now have lost our 1 year free subscription we received when we purchased an apple computer. And why won't the video load? We watched three episodes.

These two things are unrelated. Once you activate the subscription, it is linked to your Apple ID account (unless you canceled the subscription too), not to a device, nor to an app.
