Purchase refund
Hi , I purchased an application and in the same day I canceled the app and asked for a refund but my balance didn’t change.

Requesting a refund doesn't guarantee a refund. Have you heard back from Apple that they are granting the refund?
Refunds can take 7 to 10 business days depending on the bank.
