Apple watch
I have a new Apple Watch series 3.
The face of the watch that I have selected will not come on when I turn my wrist or when I tap the face.
Any ideas of how to make this happen?

Check to make sure that you don't have theater mode turned on.
Swipe up to see the control panel and toggle of the two faced icon if it is on.
Failing that try the basic watch fix.
Force reset the watch by holding in the crown and the side button for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo then release.
