I activated a free VSCO trial but was charged the full yearly subscription few hours later

I activated a free seven days trial from VSCO yesterday but was charged the full yearly subscription on the same day. How do I get a refund since I didn’t authorize this purchase? Using the “report a problem” page gives me limited and broken options since I’m from Serbia and have to use “Other Europe” option. Thank you.
