Hi
Ive just moved to another network provider.
My TV will not tether from my phone. It just keeps saying network failed. I’ve put my SIM into an iPhone 11 and it works perfectly. Put that SIM into mine and nothing. Also works on an iPhone 6s.
I can however, tether my laptop and other devices.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you are unable to tether your iPhone to your TV. Tethering simply means connecting devices. If you mean connecting your Personal Hotspot, check out this link for support when your Personal Hotspot is not working.
If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)
If by tethering your mean Airplay or screen mirroring check out this link for support.
If AirPlay or screen mirroring isn’t working on your device
