In order to use a work-related program called "Ajera" I need to download Internet Explorer to my Mac. However, I have searched the web for an Internet Explorer that will download to my Mac and everything I have tried tells me it is not available from the U.S. App Store.
Does anyone know a workaround to get IE11 on a Mac?

Internet Explorer for the Mac was discontinued by Microsoft a decade ago. There is no IE 11 for macOS, period. The only way you can run IE on a Mac is by installing Windows on your Mac using the Bootcamp app or by using a virtual machine like Parallels or VMware.
Even Windows users who must run IE for certain web apps are living on borrowed time.
IE will not work on your Mac. Even Microsoft has moved on to EDGE. EDGE works on Mas.
