Hey LHPINSCHER1,
We understand that you have a large amount of "Other" storage on your iPhone.
If this is the case, and you're not yet running the latest version of iOS (13.6), you'll want to get your iPhone updated. If you're unable to update your iPhone due to the lack of space, you'll want to offload apps in order to create the space needed to update your iPhone or else use a computer with iTunes in order to update.
If unable to create enough space to update, create a backup of your iPhone using these steps:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After backing up your iPhone, we'd recommend erasing all content to create the space needed to update, and then you can restore the backup afterward. To do so, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings.
Afterward, you can restore your backup using these steps:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
If the issue persists afterward, we'd recommend contacting us for support using the following link:
Take care!
