Appointment cancellation

Thank You for taking the time to cancel your appointment especially in a time where Apple Stores are limited on the amount of people they can help. You spending two minutes doing this means someone else could have your appointment.

Go into the Apple Support app for your iPhone, you should then be able to see your active appointments, by clicking on it you can reschedule, cancel or seek other support options.

Use the email confirmation you received; that usually includes a link to change or cancel an appointment.
