Wallpaper website adware?

Hi folks, I was browsing for new wallpapers for my iPhone and I found a website called WallpaperAccess. I pressed the download button and the button opened another tab and then took me to Apple Music app. I closed the Apple Music app and pressed the download button again and it did the same thing. I then promptly turned on airplane mode and cleared website history and data. I was curious and did it again but only this time, the tab didn’t open the music app but took me to a YouTube like video. A pop up said restricted access, use Nortan VPN. I then closed the tab and cleared website data and history. Do I have malware or some kind of adware?
