Screen not working properly

My ipad 6th gen’s screen is not working properly. Sometimes work and sometimes not. Don’t know why this happens. I updated my iPad version 13.6. Reset my iPad, but happens.

Have you tried a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and the top single sleep/wake/power buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

If you need to, if initial 1st tier Apple customer support is of no help to you, you can calmly ask to have this issue escalated up to more responsible, senior level Apple customer support employees to see if they can come up with other possible advice/solutions to your iPad touch screen issues, but I make no guarantees, whatsoever.

If need be, you can have your iPad issues escalated all the way up the chain to Apple engineering level customer phone support.


Even if no acceptable resolution, Apple, AT LEAST, logs all support calls and issues.
