My phone will not let me video call

It sounds like you're unable to make video calls on your device, and you're also missing some contacts, is that right? If so, we'd love to see how we can help with those issues.

Just to clarify, are you using FaceTime to try and make a video call, or are you using another app? If you are trying to make a video call using FaceTime, please let us know more about what happens when you try. For example, do you see an error message of some kind?

As for the issue with your contacts, can you confirm if the contacts are missing in the Contacts application, or somewhere else? Were any changes made to your device before those contacts disappeared? For example, did you add or remove an account from your iPhone?

Do you use iCloud? If so, do the missing contacts appear on the iCloud website? You can check here: iCloud
