My iPad is stuck in the read battery screen

How can I fix my iPad Pro 11 (2018) from being stuck in the red battery screen? I tried to demand it turning on by pressing the turn off and one button also the volume buttons

Make sure that you are performing the forced restart properly.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If the device will not start, and if you have plugged into charge for a couple of hours with no further response in the try the third suggestion in the article. You will need a computer for that.
