If you're aware that the kindle app requires iOS 12 or later, then you need a device that runs iOS 12 or later.


It's as simple as that to be honest.


There is no way to download older version of the apps.


The app you referred to has been updated so it requires iOS 12 or later.


There is only one Kindle App for Ipad.


It's because technology moves on, they can't support older iPads as they are not capable of running the new software.


The only option is to buy a newer iPad.
