I just purchased iPad Pro for education on Aug 1st, 2020.

the seller denied for the free Airpods promotion for me.

could you please confirm that this promotion still valid or not? due to I still found this promotion in the social media in Thailand.

If you did not buy from Apple direct, you may not be able to receive the offer as the seller is not required to offer it.

Authorized Apple is different than Apple. They do not always offer the same deals.
