what is this error

After messing all day with my mac and rolling it back to Sierra and restarting it a million times i finally got it where I want and was installing a bunch of stuff and thought I was done for the night and it started crashing. it just starts restarting . I would go back to chrome and it would do it again. My guess is it was Chrome as nothing else has caused it yet. Would anyone be able to make sense of these errors? see below . ( there is two pictures below and then it gives the error report which I copied and pasted that below as well. )

You can save us asking dozens of questions by submitting a report from this App for us to look at…

EtreCheck is a FREE simple little diagnostic tool to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac. It will not display any personal info.

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report if you capture the URL while there…

https://pastebin.com/

Whew, they've changed pastebin & made it harder, but after pasting in, click Create new paste button, then Embed button, then copy the URL...

<script src="https://pastebin.com/embed_js/KuvnghqA"></script>

The important part is...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

And was any third-party USB software installed in support of those external devices, and whose kernel extensions are incompatible with this version of macOS? Safe Boot will not load those drivers, and this may give a false sense of security until followed by a normal reboot, and the loading of those incompatible kernel extensions when the external USB device is used.

I have two audio programs one with a lot of VST programs . also the reason I am rolling back is so my DJ unit (hardware) is only compatible with Sierra . I had to download some drivers for it. During this process my DJ unit was connected and external HD and a USB Hub with mouse and keyboard. This is the sole purpose of the reason for my MAC.Is there anyway to tell what is causing it?

Can you tell me what you mean by USB driver ? I did install a driver for my DJ Midi Controller but not via USB. I do remember pulling out the flash drive and reinserting it , When i did a restart while holding option key . I was trying to install Sierra Via USB . I am not sure Sierra was even on there. I also plugged in that USB via a USB hub . I jammed out yesterday (DJing) yesterday for awhile and nothing happened. Can you tell me what that error mean when it mentioned Google Chrome? It seemed when this first happened it was only when I opened chrome. ( I could def be wrong ) . IVe had read sometimes just restarting the computer can fix this
