have do I retrieve contacts from old iPhone devices that never used iCloud and aren't associated with an Apple ID. I have multiple old devices from old accounts? I am looking to put all my contacts in on place and then eliminate duplicates
You can't, you either have to set the devices up to icloud and back the phone up or manually put them in yourself. If the contacts aren't linked anywhere they can't simply just be moved.
