I’m trying to get refunded for a vpn I purchase on accident thinking it was free. I sent a request on Monday and haven’t heard anything back. It cost me 89$ plus tax. And I’m not sure how it supposed to work it keeps turning off all by itself☹️.

I’m trying to get refunded for a VPN I purchased accidentally thinking it was free. I went to the report a problem section and posted my request on Monday. I haven’t heard anything back. Not sure where to look for a response. But I looked at my email. Can Anybody give me some information or advice on this problem?

You are not speaking to Apple, this is a user to user community. 


We are unable to help with refunds, account issues or purchases  


Cancel/see your subscriptions here - See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support 


Try applying for a refund here, but there is no guarantee it will be refunded - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
