I opened the Apple TV+ app on my new iPhone SE today but wasn't offered the free year of viewing - only the 1 week free trial. I've searched Apple TV support several times and can't find any way of accepting the free year. Can anyone suggest how to do this?

If you bought the phone previously then the offer would have only been valid for 3 months after that device activation. If you bought it recently and are only seeing 1 week then contact Apple support.

Not a problem. Sometimes an issue can occur as far as authenticating so just let them know it isn't working and they typically will give a code so you can redeem.
