Voicemail problems

My voicemail doesn’t show where I can play them and listen to them aloud. I have to call voicemail. How do I get my visual voicemail back onto my phone.

VoiceMail is carrier specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) The agency who issued the SIM to you.
