Do you mean;

unlock the passcode to get into the iPhone? If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

unlock Activation Lock? Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

unlock from the carrier? How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support
