My iMessage and FaceTime are still not allowing me to turn them on it says activation unsuccessful and turns right back of I’ve already tried restarting and resetting the iPhone but nothing works can you fix this

What did Apple support say when you contacted them about your issue, since you've tried all of that in the link I provided?

So no you haven't done everything outline in the link, contact Apple, not sure what message has to do with it.
