I have Bootcamp installed. I can access my files on Windows from the MacOS side, but I can't access files on Mac while I'm on Windows. The Macintosh HD Drive which is supposed to appear in This PC does not show up.

CoreStorage and APFS file systems are not supported for access from Windows. There are third-party drivers, but they are buggy, so use them at your own risk.
BC 6.0 supported read-only access to Apple HFS+ partitions from Windows, but it has been deprecated by Apple with the advent of newer file systems.
You do not have a standard HFS+ partition. It is 'contained' in a CoreStorage 'container', which the older drivers do not understand.
Thank you for responding. So is there currently no way, other than to use third party premium software, to gain read only access to the HFS+ partition?
