Recent voice message I received

I received a voice message, on my land-line, from (1-647-578-****) which stated, "your security has been breached, due to unauthorized log-in attempts (to your i-Cloud account). We strongly recommend please do not access your (any) financial information, such as banking, shopping on your devices for security reason, until you iCloud account will not get fixed. Press one to talk with Apple Support. Thank you!"


Is that an Apple phone number, and was this message from Apple?
