I purchased Apple Watch from someone I seen them remove device it still won’t let me connect I purchased an Apple Watch from a friend. I seen him disconnect device from iCloud. It still won’t let me pair, can some one help!!

my apple watch disconnected from my phone so know i’m trying to connect it back and it’s asking me for my icloud i used to set it up but i’m not sure what icloud i used how do i continue if i don’t know the icloud i used ?
