MacBook Air battery will not charge

MacBook Air will not charge. Charge light does not come on. The plug is in and the battery will not charge. The keyboard is lit up. If I unplug the charger it will shut off.

Only by pressing the power button several times it sometimes starts with 0% battery. If it has started, charging is possible without any issues. Battery is good, with 681 cycles. MacBook air M2, turns on in direct line power cable. But battery not charging My MacBook air is working fine. It has no problem in turn On/Off. But it's not charging. Work with the direct power cable but the battery not charging. When I remove the power cable is turning off. And the battery setting options it's showing battery not charging.
