Teacher needs to update to IOS 13.4 to install IMovie

Must have latest update IOS 13.4 version but it is not an option on my IPad just version 12.04

Any suggestions, really need to install IMovie app but it’s being rejected asking for IOS 13.4

If you have an iPad Air from 2013-2016, that iPad cannot update past iOS 12.4.8.

You need a newer iPad model to update iOS.
