I am still receiving error 4013

Hi.

I tried to update the software when my iPhone repeatedly trying to turn ON.

But it didn't work and got an error message 4013. Next i tried 'restore'. Again I get the message 'your iPhone could not be restored, error 4013.'

Can you please help how to fix this.

An extract from the above link says "If you continue to see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you try to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, contact us."
